spare ye some of the more boring details... 5 & 1/2 pound of pork shoulder, bone in. Got lucky, only one small bone to remove. patiently removed as much fat off as possible, not too difficult, easier with a very sharp knife. Probably nearly five pounds of porky bits in that bowl... one skillet (10" at that) not enough. JP needs a bigger skillet for times like this... two skillets, olive oil, garlic, some salt, pepper and magick seasonings... <<< all the hard work is now behind ye... >>> |
