Yow! That's a mess of green chili, ain't it? good and good for you, homie... this is most certainly a very chunky version of chile verde, which is fine by me. The chunks of pork will continue to fall apart while the stock gets richer as they get reheated. Most of it's in the freezer now, and on one of these dark, cold and rainy January days in the near future, it will be just the thing to warm one's belly. hard to tell, but that's a bowl from a day later, with smaller chunks of pork and the addition of some potato, tho' you really can't tell from the photo.
